Morgan Stanley needed a way to show their employees all the work they’ve done and the commitment they’ve made to make the world a more equitable place for everyone.
We knew we had a thin line to walk.
We needed a visual metaphor to help carry the message, so, we landed on the visual of repairing a ship while at sea (much like the situation we all find ourselves in during a year of pandemic/racial reckoning/economic uncertainty).
Originally slated for internal communication, Morgan Stanley was so happy with it, that they made the video available to the public.
